How long will my order take to arrive?
We have a 3 day dispatch time to ensure everything is perfect, I will always do my best to stick to the 3 day timeframe. I only ship with royal mail using both their 24hr and 48hr tracked services.
24hr 1-3 days
48hr 2-4 days
Delivery timeframes are only estimates. Please allow up to 7 days for your parcel to arrive from the date of shipping.

Do I receive tracking when ordering

Do you accept returns
If your item is a premade listing yes I accept returns however they must be unopened and not tampered with in any way. I will send you a returns label and a refund will be processed once I have had the item returned and an inspection of said items has been carried out.
custom orders I do NOT accept returns on as they are custom made for you.
